Below is a list of items made in our kitchen. Most items are available hot at pickup so you can have it ready to serve as soon as you arrive at your destination. These items are made from scratch so you can be sure you are serving high quality homemade food to your friends and family.
Lasagna (Meat & Cheese, Cheese, or Vegetable)
We offer three varieties of lasagna: cheese, meat and cheese, and vegetable and cheese. Each lasagna consists of five layers of delicious ingredients complemented with our homemade pasta sauce. Our meat lasagna includes three layers of pasta and two layers of filling consisting of our homemade ricotta mixture and seasoned beef. Our vegetable lasagna includes three layers of pasta and two layers of filling consisting of our ricotta mixture and sautéed broccoli, cauliflower, and red bell peppers, and it is topped with our homemade béchamel sauce.

Sausage & Peppers
Our famous homemade Italian sausage and a mixture of sautéed red and green peppers and sweet onions make this entrée a classic. This item is available either with or without sauce, comes fully prepared, and is ready to heat and serve.
